We warmly invite you to a lunch webinar on Diet and Brain Health: What 15 Years of Research Reveals About Preventing Cognitive Decline

Diet is one of the most critical—and at the same time most underestimated—factors for brain health throughout life. A growing body of research shows that what we eat affects not only cardiovascular health and metabolism, but also the brain’s structure, function, and resilience against cognitive decline. At the same time, the relationships are complex, and the evidence has long been difficult to translate into practical advice. This webinar will present the current evidence regarding diet as a modifiable factor in the prevention of cognitive decline and dementia, including new results from a 15-year population-based cohort study that integrates blood-based biomarkers of Alzheimer’s pathology as well as broader neurobiological vulnerability. NOTE: The webinar will be conducted in English.
