Aleris and Geras Solutions have entered into an agreement to pilot and evaluate Geras Solutions digital platform for diagnostics at the health center in Bollnäs. The specialist clinic in Hudiksvall (Region Gävleborg) is also involved to participate in the implementation and pilot.
The first patients are involved now in June and the pilot will run throughout the autumn. The implementation also includes development of new digital work procedures and processes. The pilot will be evaluated from three overall perspectives:
Beyond the above, positive effects regarding corona-related challenges will be evaluated. This revolves around reducing exposure of risk groups by making it possible to perform part of the diagnostics and patient continuous follow-ups remotely.
Aleris has the intention to further discuss the possibilities of procuring the Geras Solutions platform based on positive pilot outcomes.
